Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Omnidata platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Omnidata, a product by Madispace, governing your use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Omnidata platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Omnidata provides a web scraping API that collects publicly available data from social media platforms, e-commerce sites, and other web sources. The Service is accessed via API keys on a credit-based billing model. Access to specific endpoints and features may vary.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately via our contact form at omnidata.id/contact if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared; each account is licensed to an individual person or organization. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent access controls or usage limits, use the Service to attack or disrupt third-party platforms, transmit malware, or violate any applicable Indonesian law or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with the source platform's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Omnidata platform, including its design, code, and all related intellectual property, belongs to Madispace. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You retain all rights to data and content you submit to the platform (e.g. tickets, custom prompts, uploaded proofs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
6. Payment and Billing
The Service uses a credit-based, pay-as-you-go billing model. Credits are purchased in advance using the payment methods available in the dashboard. All sales are final — credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details and the limited exceptions (e.g. service incident) at our sole discretion. Each successful API call deducts credits based on the endpoint pricing; failed requests (our server errors) are not charged. We may change credit pricing with 30 days notice. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnidata and Madispace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Any unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited (see Refund Policy). You may request a copy of your personal data via our contact form before termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Service is operated by PT Madispace Satu Digital, a company incorporated in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed to us via our contact form at omnidata.id/contact. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
